Hey, first thing I want to talk about, the biggest phenomenon in food, the biggest Instagram hottest thing is dot cake, which is basically cake in a little cup covered with sprinkles, but they're

actually dots and somehow they are like embedded in there so they don't come out.

People wait in line like at Butterfield's Market for three hours.

You actually did it.

What does it taste like?

It tastes like, well, as the kids would say, I'm not a kid anymore, it tastes like ass.

That's not a compliment.

That's not a compliment in any way.

Say something tastes like ass.

But anyway, so yeah, at Butterfield, the market, really good store.

I shopping them all the time, two of them on the Upper East Side.

They're the only ones right now have these dot cakes that are made in our bakery in Rosalind, Long Island.

And it became a viral thing.

You know, some bunch of influences who claim to have millions of followers.

Maybe they do maybe

they don't said one of them said that it was the best thing she's ever had in her entire

life yeah which if true i i pity her uh i don't know what she's been eating um so as i wrote the

sludgy confections are unspeakably uh. You know, the top with the little tiny non-parile sprinkles, it looks cute.

You know, they're rainbow colors.

And it's what beneath that that is dreadful.
