Hey, good morning, Mark.

Hey, I see, God, there are billionaires buying this big, massive building, and I see

construction buildings going. So it looks like we're doing okay, aren't we?

Yeah, I mean, the, it's all kinds of stuff.

Apartment buildings are selling for crazy numbers. Office buildings are selling for

crazy numbers. And that's because, you know, that part of New York City, you know, what we all

know is, you know, most part of New York City, you know, what we all know is, you know, most of

Manhattan and significant parts of the other boroughs are in great shape. It's a good time

to invest and people aren't afraid of the possibility of, you know, half communist mayor coming in.

Half? That's how confident people are well i'm being polite

yeah so uh and uh you wrote about the people going back to work uh the offices people are back to work

now in the office right yeah of course and the crazy thing yeah this is a story or a column i have in the

post today so if you read if you column I have in the post today.

So if you read what's in the New York Times and some of the other news organs, print and online,

you get the idea that it's still companies, landlords are still struggling to bring people back to the offices and all this stuff and it's

all baloney but i mean there's a political reason for too but the the underlying reason as i as i

wrote is that most of the uh journalists who cover uh real estate and who cover anything pretty much
