1:02.6	So what do you do in a situation like that?
1:05.7	Well, first of all, I cut property taxes by $150 million.
1:10.3	My predecessor had a $150 million tax increase, and I canceled that out.
1:16.6	And with inflation between 6% and 8% a year, I hired probably 600 new law enforcement officers,
