Hey, it was announced this morning that Dr. Fauci is retiring, leaving early.

How the hell did he get away with convincing everybody he's our top infectious disease expert?

Well, unfortunately, and I'm sure that a lot of your listeners aren't going to want to hear this,

but I believe that the number one culprit for that is Donald Trump.

When COVID hit, Donald Trump allowed Dr. Fauci to become a media superstar. He made him the face of the COVID response. He even

listened to him for, in my view, far too long. This was one of Trump's greatest failures, in my opinion, not understanding

that Fauci is, much like himself, a true narcissist at heart. He is a power-hungry narcissist. That is

what drives Dr. Fauci. That means that especially in a crisis, he is not a scientist.

He is a very liberal politician, and he does things to enable himself to remain popular with his base of support.

Let me give you a perfect example of this, and this is huge, and it's amazing that the news media has been able to go two and a half years without telling this very basic and incredibly important story dr fouchy at the beginning of covid mocked mocked on 60 minutes the entire concept of people wearing masks not even

mandated masks masks to try to prevent the spread of COVID. He mocked masks.

Then all of a sudden, a couple months later, masks became mandated across the country, and he was
