thank you for having me on we always love having you now, the Republicans were expecting a landslide in November,

House, Senate, but you point out, this is not as much of a slam dunk as we think, is it?

Well, it's interesting. The polling has certainly narrowed over the last month or so,

and whether that's in response to the

Roe v. Wade decision or other things that the Democrats are talking about, I don't know.

It doesn't seem to me that the economy has gotten any better. In fact, it's gotten somewhat

worse. Inflation's terrible. Look, I think Republicans have to get a little energized here.

They've obviously lost the momentum.

The Democrats are feeling very chipper about having brought forward this slim-down,

build-back, better bill, the so-called reduction, what's it called Reduce Inflation, or the, sorry, the

Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, and Republicans need to just rip it to shreds because it is not

what it promises to be. It will raise taxes on middle and lower income Americans. It will not

reduce inflation. And all of this is backed up by nonpartisan assessments.

All they have is a title mark, a good title to a bill, which is promising that it'll reduce inflation.

It won't.

And it's not going to.

And I think, you know, I think the GOP has to stick to their guns, talk about inflation,

talk about the fact that we cannot continue to spend so much money. And also, by the way, talk about inflation, talk about the fact that we cannot continue

to spend so much money.

And also, by the way, talk about crime.
