And restaurants, it isn't just, they've got so many challenges.

It isn't just that the food costs are going up.

You know, fish that, seafood that used to be relatively cheap, like octopus, has now doubled in price.

Beef has been going up for a year and a half.

Even staples like sugar and salt and flour are going up.

And it isn't just the food costs.

They have to buy a lot of paper goods, especially restaurants that do a lot of takeout and

And that's somehow they've got to figure out a way to pass this on to customers without, you know, turning customers off completely.
