Hey, we were just talking about the White House correspondent's dinner. When you see Joe Biden get up

there and everybody loves him and he loves them and everybody's, it just looks so

phony. This is the guy that won't answer any of their questions. Why do they just clap like

crazy for this guy after that? You're like seals, right?

It is bizarre.

The whole thing is bizarre, the Correspondents Association.

I went a few times years ago, and it's too much familiarity.

And as you say, he's telling jokes about how he

doesn't answer their questions and they applaud I mean I you know I know we're

just for this night we're putting aside I don't know I don't know that that's

right I think it is a kind of incestuous relationship, and I think the media would be

better off at arm's length, because I think that's the proper position all the time. And when

you go there that way, and you applaud and it's chummy, and they also do a lot of business there.

They give out awards.

They give out scholarships.
