Good morning, Mark. Thank you.

Now, when I saw your column yesterday, I thought, is this the April Fool's column that came out?

It doesn't sound even believable, but Joe Biden is not only in talks to bring Iran back

that stupid nuclear deal, but he's letting Putin run the talks.

Is this real?

Well, that was my first reaction when I saw it, and it struck me as bizarre, but it is true. Yes, Joe Biden somehow has designated

Russia, I suppose, in some informal way, to be the broker between the United States and Iran

on the nuclear deal. And it is an extraordinary thing when you consider what's happened in the last, say, three

months that this arrangement has continued.

And even as Putin set up his troops on the border of Ukraine, even after he invaded, even after he turns

the cities into rubble and creates the largest migrant problem since World War II in Europe,

he is still our guy on the nuclear talks.

And as I say in the column, last week, when this became better known, I think, I mean,

I must say I was shocked when I first realized it, there was a video that came out from the

Russian lead negotiator who was supposedly representing the United States.

And on this video, he says, what a great deal the Iranians got.

I mean, they got much more than we thought they would.

Oh, and our friends, the Chinese, helped too.

So there you have this, what I say is the new axis of evil, China, Russia, and Iran working
