Thank you.

As you point out, this is a team of mediocre bureaucrats, Blinken and Company and Biden,

they negotiate backwards.

They offer everything first, then ask for the hostages.

Aren't you supposed to do it the other way around?

That's a good way to put it.

This insistence that there be a ceasefire is so ridiculous that even Hillary Clinton picked up on it and called it a gift to Hamas.

Now, there is a distinction if you get something from it, and depending on how long a ceasefire would last and

what else would happen if you got all the hostages out then benjamin netanyahu would

say he would go for a brief ceasefire if you were able to track and inspect all of the increased aid going on, then Israel would be more accommodating.

But this idea, as you say, of basically just giving them what they want without asking for anything in return, somehow assuming that out of the goodness of their hearts,

the terrorists will eventually release the hostages, is backwards.

I mean, it does help them, and why would you want to help them if you are not giving Israel any advantage in this?
