Nobody else is making it.

If they had done the same thing to Joe Biden,

and paneled the grand jury, scoured the phone records, text records, emails,

went through all his staff, he'd be in the same predicament, wouldn't he?

I believe that's right.

And in addition, Mark, that somehow, it's not clear to me how this is legal, but they pierced

the attorney-client privilege and got one of Trump's attorneys to testify against him.

Now, that, I mean, imagine doing that to Joe Biden's attorneys or

to Hillary Clinton's attorneys and having their phones, their devices that record their text,

their emails, et cetera. The amount of evidence they collected against Trump as part of the process is what makes

this case.

So why aren't you following the same process with Joe Biden?

Why aren't you following the same, why didn't you follow the same process with Hillary Clinton?

And you know, Mark, reading the indictment, it's not clear why the federal government went in this direction.

It's almost in a kind of line-by-line statement of the chronology.

And it recounts how Trump sent back 15 boxes of documents that contain some classified documents.

Almost immediately it then says a federal grand jury was impaneled and subpoena was issued and then you got

the mara lago raid and why after he sent back these boxes did they decide to go the grand jury route
