Good morning, Mark. Thank you.

Yeah. Hey, you know, watch his 9-11 ceremonies, and you see Rudy Giuliani, you see George Pataki,

and then you cut to today, Eric Adams and Kathy, Hockel, how did this happen?

Yeah, it's the fall of New York, and it really, it's an interesting contrast you've made there that, you know, the caliber of

leaders that New York had. And it's sort of one of the things, it's one of the things I write

about in my Sunday column that, you know, Adams, there's no real challenger from the other side we

don't really have a viable two-party system and we don't have a strong

centrist middle class that will be service swing voters I mean you

without that you don't have a check you don't have a check. You don't have a check and balance

system. And so really what you have in the Democratic Party ruling everything is the left and

the far left fighting with each other. There's no centrist. There's no center. And so if you had to say,

where is the average New York? there's no center. And so if you had to say,

where is the average,

you know,

New York person,

a political idea now,

and you put that on a graph,

you would show that it's much further left than it was even 20 years ago.

And so I'm pretty pessimistic not only about the state of the city now,
