Good morning, Mark. Thank you.

Hey, what do you think of Jimmy Kimmel returning tonight?

Should ABC have caved in so fast?

Well, it's a very interesting situation because apparently some of the affiliates are not going to carry it.

And so that's a big issue financially because it means that the audience is going to decline,

which means the, you know, ABC will uh... that way for for putting him on putting

an unpopular show on in many

parts of the country will see how many of the affiliates but

mark you you you understand this better than i do even but

this the affiliate arrangement

is is the heart and soul i mean some of these companies own hundreds of local stations,

and if they don't put it on, then the audience automatically will decline,

and so will the advertising rates, et cetera, et cetera.

So this is going to be a financial bloodbath for ABC, I suspect, and at some point you would

assume that Kimmel will feel some pain financially as well. That's a good thing.
