Look, I mean, the riots there, the encampments, the take over, the disruptions, the harassment.

It's shocking, Mark, how the presidents of these institutions and others did nothing about it. I mean, they negotiate,

they talk, they write letters, they hold meetings, they make phone calls, but they actually do nothing about it. And so President Trump and the rest of the government are doing something about it.

They're enforcing the law and they're penalizing these schools on the basis of their inaction

to stamp out the anti-Semitism and the harassment of Jewish students.

It's an extraordinary thing that only the money will get the attention of these schools.

schools, for research grants, for basic foundational work.
