Good morning, Mark. Thank you.

Hey, this Trump administration moves so fast, has so many balls in the air at once, the tariffs.

In all that, not a lot of people paying attention to the talks with Iran that are taking place,

and you wrote about that.

You have a lot of hope for these talks, don't you?

Well, I have a lot of hope, Mark, because I think President Trump has a very strong position,

a very clear position, which is Iran either removes and destroys its

nuclear facilities or the United States will do it militarily. That's a pretty clear ultimatum.

And we can talk about it, right? We can, Iran, you want to have a meeting? We're

happy to have a meeting, but that's the bottom line. There won't be any treaties. There won't be any

agreements where inspectors have to come in and verify your claims and then you hide and seek

and all of that. No, it's, you destroy it or we will.

And I think the second reason why that is such a clarifying moment is that Iran is right now

at a very weak position.

This is not the Iran that fomented revolutions that funded Hamas and Hezbollah and the

Houthis and worked in cahoots with Assad in Syria to suppress the Kurds and others.

This is an Iran that can't provide electricity much of a time

to its own citizens, as having water quality issues everywhere. The currency is crashing.

This is a very weak administration in Iran by historic terms. And of course, you have an oppressed public that
