No, so every time I turn around somebody's, that's it.

Everybody's leaving New York.

Everybody's moving.

Everybody's moving.

What's the truth?

Nobody's leaving.

I don't know anybody's leaving.

All my friends are trying to get back to town.

They're stuck in Palm Beach, problems with the planes, all that kind of stuff.

So, no, nobody's leaving.

It's all baloney.

And, in fact, if you look around, there's more real estate investment than ever.

I read that there's a couple of apartments or townhouses

on the Upper East Side that sold for crazy numbers. So there's almost no office space left because

companies are expanding, signing new leases, and there's new construction going on.

And the best news of all for the city is that American Express, Amex, announced last week,

they're building a new building at the World Trade Center to be their headquarters.
