On the Menendez story right now, if you don't know, Bob Menendez, the very sleazy New Jersey senator, has been indicted on multiple charges.

They had quite a press conference, the U.S. attorney and New York's great new FBI director,

and laid out all the stuff they found.

They found 400,000 in gold bars in his house,

500,000 in cash,

a brand new gleaming, sparkling Mercedes,

not looking good for Bob Menendez.

He'll fight this,

and I'm trying to remember the last time.

I remember he was indicted years ago.

They couldn't quite prove it exactly.

But that was more about a big, big donor who took him on vacations and let him use the private jet.

That's a little trickier to prosecute because vacation, you know, he can claim he was there working, he can claim

all kinds of things, he can claim he was, you're going to trip, you're riding on somebody's jet,

that's a little fuzzy there, but this is different. This is totally different. They found a ton of

cash that he's going to have to explain, $400,000 in gold, $500,000 in cash. he's going to have to explain $400,000 in gold, $500,000 in cash.

He's going to have to explain that,

not only in these charges, but probably to the IRS.
