displayed with the video camera that's not an undercover unit that's not a plain clothes unit so he's

he's doing what we say in the streets selling wolf tickets.

He's trying to appease everybody.

And as you know, Mark, in history, when you try to appease everyone, you appease nobody.

So let's just take a simple thing.

Penn Station is a nightmare.

All the Long Island commuters are afraid to come into Penn Station.
