Hey, let's start with Letitia James. If all these documents are real, I assume they are.

This is an open and shut case, isn't it?

Well, you would think so. But of course, you know, in Virginia where she's been indicted, you know, I mean, that's mostly a liberal

eastern district. The jury pool is going to be inherently biased. So, but you're right about

the facts of the case.

When you tell a bank that your home is primary or secondary and you get a lower mortgage because of it, but then you rent it, you actually rent it out, that's fraud.

I mean, you're lying to the lender who is deceived about the risk and the documents would appear to

incriminate James and you know she can hardly claim oh gee it was a miscommunication or sloppy

paperwork when i said it was primary or secondary because she's on record as the attorney general

new york stating that that's never an excuse under the law.
