injunctions.

The High Court saying, I think what any good lawyer is known for a very long time, that

federal courts do not have the authority to issue nationwide injunctions.

You know, there have been 40 injunctions issued against Trump in the last five months.

And, you know, what the high court is now saying is there's nothing in the law that gives judges in, you know, lower courts, small districts, the authority to basically

freeze the federal government. And so the Supreme Court is putting a stop to it. And it's

long overdue. Yeah, I guess this is like the extension of lawfare or something, but there was one day

where all the anchors who don't know any better were breathlessly reporting a blockbuster

court ruling, Trump cannot assign tariffs.

There was some little court I never heard of, the trade court or something.

Right.

Is this the first time it's ever happened with these little district judges think

they can rule on national policy?

Well, you know, it started in the 1960s, one or two cases where judges issued these nationwide

injunctions that impact the whole of the country well beyond their limited jurisdiction in their narrow district.

And the Supreme Court didn't put a stop to it.

And then in the age of Trump, of course, it multiplied exponentially. And so the only reason the Supreme Court is putting
