Hey, I'm fine, Mark. Thanks for having me on.

Hey, I was watching the army navy game and there was standing

there donald trump and daniel penny i realized these are the only two guys alvin brag ever

tried to put in jail how about that you know and uh i was pleased to see that common sense

prevailed and that a jury in New York didn't buy into the nonsense that Bragg and his fellow prosecutors were peddling.

The case came down to one thing, justification.

And by law, Penny acted reasonably in restraining somebody who was threatening to kill passengers.

And so under the doctrine of justifiable homicide, that really requires a complete acquittal,

which in the end is what the jurors delivered.

I mean, they paid attention to the people who were passengers who testified,

some of whom were black.

So racism was not a factor, even though prosecutors tried to insert it.

And they, you know, they believe that they were in fear of imminent death or serious bodily injury.

And again, the law says Penny is allowed to act as he did.
