Well, thanks for being here. Out of all the stuff, Hunter Biden has done, is this the flimsyest,

littlest thing they could charge him with? Yeah, it really is. And beyond that, I have no confidence

that Special Counsel David Weiss will aggressively

prosecute Hunter Biden on these new federal gun charges. It's another charade. Behind the scenes,

there's an intent to benefit. You know, President Joe Biden's privileged son. I mean, Weiss didn't do this

voluntarily. He acted under duress. The federal judge forced him to do it. So he had no choice.

So I don't give Weiss any credit. And what I think he'll do is he'll try to strike another sweetheart deal.

This time, they won't put the immunity clause in it.

I think Hunter will arrange it so that he gets to skate without any prison time.

And then Weiss will pretend as though he's going to bring other serious charges in California

and Washington, D.C., but he won't.

Now, isn't there 30 days left in the statute of limitations on some of the serious things?

Yeah, I think it runs, if I'm not mistaken, October 12th. And so, you know, the judge had

said several weeks ago, actually in July, you know, I want you to tell me what you're going to do

with charges by September 6th. And so, you know,iss was forced to file uh a brief with the court saying um

i'll file federal charges before the statute limitations hmm so what do you think they're going to

...
