Hey, I'm good, Mark. Good to be with you. Hunter Biden, today in court, we don't know yet what's going to happen.

Is there any chance the judge will throw out this plea deal?

Oh, I think there is a chance. You know, several groups, including the Ways and Means Committee, have filed amicus briefs, a friend of the court briefs in which they have underscored how this represents a miscarriage of justice.

This incredibly lenient deal for which any ordinary, a regular American, would go to prison

and have gone to prison. And it bears the unmistakable stench of preferential treatment and

political interference by Joe Biden's Department of Justice and FBI, and to some extent, the IRS.

And I think, you know, the whistleblowers laid bare how corrupt this deal was.

In particular, there was a document signed off by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Delaware

and endorsed by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Delaware and endorsed by the IRS agents to

charge Hunter Biden with six serious felonies, yet it never happened. It just magically vanished.

And I think the judge needs to pause and say, wait a minute, what's going on here?

This appears to be a miscarriage of justice.

But when the judge pauses and thinks, I'll have protesters in front of my house, they're going to write terrible articles about me, I'll be trashed.

It's got to have an effect on a judge.
