And well, Mark, good to be back with you.

Alvin Bragg, I hear this tremendous dissension in his office.

A lot of the prosecutors saying, you can't do this, you've got to stop this.

Have you, in all your years, ever seen such a junk case like this?

No, I really haven't.

This is quite extraordinary.

You know, Bragg and his predecessor devoted unlimited resources, scouring Trump's personal

and business records.

And they didn't find any evidence that Trump committed a crime, so the DA simply

dreamed one up. And, you know, his

legal theory is truly the most cockamamie thing I think I've ever as a lawyer's scene. He is,

you know, taking a dubious misdemeanor or records violation, trying to supercharge it into a felony.

The problem is, you know, market's not supported by the law, which really makes this case

not just absurd but pathetic.

You know, he's got to find this so-called second crime.

Okay, so he now says, well, it's a campaign finance violation.

But the law doesn't let him do that.

A local prosecutor cannot charge a federal campaign crime,

and it can't charge a state campaign crime because it was a federal election.

And either way, the statute of limitations ran out a long time ago.

So, you know, this is simply exactly what it seems, a fabricated case politically driven.
