He's so busy. Joe Bartlett, of course, a legendary W-O-R figure and part of this show for years and years and years. And he's with us now. Joe Bartlett, how you doing? Nice, Mark. Nice to talk to you. I'm doing well. I'm enjoying living in the South. I'll tell you that. I know you've got a lot of people complained about Florida today, but it's beautiful, sunny day today. What kind of weather you have up there?

Oh, it's gorgeous. It's 75 and sunny right now? Yes.

Well, it was. Hey, yesterday it was 65 and sunny.

Today it's raining a lot of day.

But you have rain down there too.

Yeah, we even get hurricanes occasionally, but I got to say most every single day is sunny.

And I really enjoy living down here.

You know, I feel so I've heard people in Florida.

Some of that, I think what's going on there is the insurance companies are, you know,

they need to recoup from all of the losses that they take in.

So, you know, these guys, the insurance is going out of sight for a lot of people.

And I understand that.

Now, Joe Bartlett, when you retired, did you for any, for a second, consider Florida?

Oh, yeah, I did.
