Well, I don't know about that. I mean, I do miss working with you, the morning show and, you know, being in the middle of the exciting city of New York. I do not miss being stuck in traffic like a lot of people are today in New Jersey, you know, two or three hour delays trying to get into Manhattan. That's, that I do not miss. You know, life is a lot easier. It takes me four minutes to get to my golf course. Okay, but how many days a week can you play golf? Three or four, easy. Really? Yeah, sure. I know you get bored with it, but I enjoy it. No, I used to play a lot. You know, I don't know what it is now. Now I can't, I don't know. It's a different world now. You know, you're on your phone every two seconds, and it's tough out there. So, you really don't, when you come, do you ever come back to New York and visit? Occasionally. It's a long trip. Oh, well. But don't you miss getting up at 3 a.m.? Don't you miss? That I don't miss. That I do not miss. Man, I haven't seen 3 a.m. in such a long time. Okay, but when it's debate night or something

like that. Don't you miss being on the air for that? Absolutely, but I can talk to you about it.

Oh, okay. I was listening to you this morning and as always, you're spot on here. I think no matter what happens tonight uh this is going to be

spun in comal's favor um because you know it's important what it said tonight but more important

i think is how it's reported the next day because a lot of people um they can't form their own

opinions or they will not have watched it completely so they'll look at their favorite news site and they'll tell you Kamala destroyed him uh she could stumble through this whole thing she could give you the word salads that uh she does all the time but they're going to pick out one or two kind of crazy little things that Trump might say,

and that's going to be the highlight of the coverage tomorrow.

Yeah, you know, last week he came to New York and he addressed the most serious thing in the world,

the New York Economic Council, and all the great economists were there,

and they told me it was unbelievable, how knowledgeable the detail he went into an hour and 15 minute speech.

They were so impressed at his detailed knowledge of economic policy.

Then the most brilliant economist asked him questions.

Adlib, the answers were amazing.

If you looked at the fake news, all they said,

You can't win. You can't win you can't win uh but look i think he's got a great uh opportunity tonight because uh even people who like Kamala

don't really know who she is or what she stands for and um i think the campaign of joy is kind of ebb. There's only so much euphoria you can get that, you know, Biden's not the candidate. But I think we've come to the realization, oh, Biden's not the candidate, but look at what we got. It could be worse. So, you know, he needs to pin her down and be tough on her without getting too crazy, I think. Now, Joe Bartlett, you were always in the New York City metropolitan area, and now you're in North, is it North Carolina? South Carolina. South Carolina. South Carolina. On the heartland of America. What's the difference? I would imagine in this area, everybody was a liberal, everybody was was but what's it like down there well
