Let me start with the biggest question.

You think Joe Biden will be the candidate in 2024?

I don't know. You know, my sense is a lot of Democrats, a lot of Democrats who are concerned

that he can't win, particularly if Trump is the nominee for Republicans, which looks likely.

You know, he's not a man who basically is, for an 80-year-old, he's not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

He's going through the motions, but every time he goes on one of these international situations like he is today, going to the NATO conference,

people worry about what you're going to say and is he going to slip.

And, you know, you can only guide a president so much.

You can put talking points in front of them and you can sort of try and structure the events in such a way that he won't get involved with.

But they've got to worry about that all the time.

And obviously, the other part is his son.

You know, his son is a bad boy and basically still is not out of the woods yet on his legal problems.

So I think to a certain extent, it's not, it's early for Biden to have to make the decision, but he may very well make the decision.
