Well, Rob Astorino, very smart guy, and he was great in government.

He was the Westchester County Executive, big long career in broadcasting, and he's with us right now.

Rob Astorino, how you doing?

I'm good. I'm getting ready for the debate tonight.

Now, you have been in a number of these debates.

And they say debate prep. What exactly do you do in that debate prep?

You know, if you've been running a campaign like these guys have, you already know all the issues.

So you just have to make sure you condense it down to a minute,

minute and a half. And it's interesting because, you know, you're anticipating the question.

I always didn't like to go first. I never wanted to go first just because you're like a tiger

in the cage and you want it to just breathe a little bit once you start the debate and let

somebody else go,

and then you can react and get your thoughts.

But they all know the answers this.

I mean, it's so dull most of these debates.

I actually did like some of the stupid, silly questions at the end,

like, you know, what's your favorite color, that nonsense?

Just because it makes people think on their feet and show a little personality. But, you know, what's your favorite color, that nonsense? Just because it makes people think on their feet and show a little personality. But, you know, you just want to make sure you don't make something or say something really stupid. And then, you know, you're always preparing for the zingers, and they've got to come across as authentic and legitimate as opposed to can. And some can't pull that off.

Yeah.

But then sometimes, I remember you and Lee Zeldon in the debate,

and Zeldon's a very nice, sweet guy.
