I'm good. Thank God. The heat was turned down a little bit here. It's nice and pleasant, actually, today.

Yeah. Hey, we were talking about this earlier. There was this movement to shut down Indian Point. Now, most people tell you nuclear energy is the most efficient, cleanest. You want to go green nuclear is the way to – but they shut that down years ago. I'm reading this report. Ever since they shut it down, it forced New York to use much more gas oil and coal. What was the point then?

Yep. It's so ridiculous. And Indian Point, 25% of New York City and Westchester's power. So Cuomo

was just harassing, harassing the company that owned Indian Point Entergy,

and basically held up all the permits through the DEC and other agencies going after them

every chance he had.

And so eventually they made the decision, you know, to try to renew the permit was going to take

forever, cost so much. And they were never going to get a fair shake from the state. So they

basically closed down because Cuomo forced them. And whoa, did nobody predict that we would now

have potential brownouts or blackouts or a lack of energy? I got a text the other day from Con Ed that said, you know, because of the heat wave,

we could have rolling blackouts or brownouts, so please conserve your energy.

No, duh.

And this is the result of Cuomo doing what he did.

I actually sued him.

I don't know if you remember this, Mark, but I sued Cuomo.

And I got no support from the

environmentalists, no support from the Democrats, because I was suing them based on environmental

reasons because it would have not only, you know, cause a lot of problems locally with taxes

and jobs, but the environment. and Cuomo was circumventing the

state environmental quality review act. You try to build a freaking garage in your yard. You've got to
