which after days of dreariness is most welcome.

Speaking of inflation, I'm looking at, here's the house, $290 million, and it's in Naples, Florida.

Now, what is going on with inflation?

Well, inflation is still out there. Some prices have come down, but also, though it means that

some prices are going up at a slower rate.

By the way, that house in Naples, the fellow who originally built it had 13 children,

founded a big money management firm, and saw the prospects of Naples decades ago,

which is why he bought 60 acres, and the heirs are very, very

happy, at least before the taxman comes.

Yeah, but, you know, Florida, the East Coast prices exploding, they're through the roof.

It's been, isn't this a bubble waiting to burst, the whole state of Florida?

No, because even though there'll be local market

corrections, as they call them, people are still moving to Florida. They see good prospects
