Well, Ray Kelly is the greatest police commissioner ever, not just the longest serving police commissioner in New York, but he was undersecretary of the Treasury, director of U.S. Customs.

I mean, nobody has a resume like this in law enforcement.

Hey, we all saw this video of the guy, and it's just turnstile jumping, but he attacks the

copies, choking the cop, he's hitting the cop, made us all sick.

What did you think when you saw it?

Oh, I was outraged.

It's just absolutely for him to do that and then walk away the same day, a few hours later, it's just

unconscionable.

And, you know, the public doesn't understand it.

Anybody you're looking at it would think that, hey, this kid has got to go away for a long

time.

You know, it's interesting.

If you look at Brad's memo on day one, it says that he will not right invasion or resisting arrest

so this kid was not charged with resisting arrest or fair evasion i mean it's ludicrous

uh and that's where we find ourselves um you know two weeks ago, we spoke about index crime.

Pretty much just remained the same.

It's still close to 40% up in New York City.

The mugging crimes, as I call them, robbery, grand loss in the, that is stealing something

from the person.
