i do have a radio i mean you know you i got to keep up with you it's not easy i still want you

to move to florida you know we have our house on the market, and it's a great home for you. Well, why is it in the market? Because it's very large. It's 10,000s per feet. I've got Van and I and four chihuahuas, and so we're moving to Tampa because Tampa is very hot.

And so it's just across the bridge. Basically, we're moving 11 miles away. Oh, wait, wait. I thought St. Petersburg was like the hotter place with all the new high rises. Oh, well, they're both hot, but Tampa's really hot. There's no doubt that Tampa's really hot. But, I mean, I'm on the water. we're moving off the water because, you know, I want to travel more.

We have a home in North Carolina, but this would be, listen, Sean Hannity has moved here. Everybody's moved here. You could broadcast right here. You could be Mr. Florida and Mr. New York. And I don't know why. What do I do all day down there? Oh, come on.

First of all, you would own the town.

You own the town there, but can you imagine your celebrity at a place like this?

Can you imagine waking up and the only thing you got, it's a retirement committee?

All you have to worry about is where are you going to have lunch?

Then at lunch, what are you going to have for dinner?

That's your whole life. The reason you people have dinner at four o'clock you got nothing to do you can't wait to go to have

dinner wait i look at you on facebook you're out for lunch breakfast dinner i don't even have you have time

to do your show so i mean you dine out a lot i mean mean, yes, you were some famous people. Okay, but I mean, have to me. In New York, we have 75,000 restaurants. Down there, you got 12. That's so not true. Oh, okay. We just got, we just got like 12 Michelin Star restaurants. It's a whole new world here.
