I'm good. I've missed you so much.

Yeah, where you've been?

Well, we went to North Carolina and to hide in the woods because it's politics-free.

Not really. Everybody there is kind of the way we are.

But it was nice and cool because it's been really, really hot in Florida.

But that doesn't mean you shouldn't move here. I'm just letting you know it's been really, really hot. But you really live there for years. Don't you people hate all the New Yorkers moving there? You don't really want that to me. Yeah. Actually, my neighbor's next to me. I'm so over them, you know, because they walk around, all my neighbors now are from New York.

They've all moved here. They're all like 12 years old. And they walk around with their cell

phones doing business from their house on their phone while they're walking their babies.

Where my neighborhood was baby-free, which made me quite happy if you really want to know the truth.

Now they're screaming babies,

and there's guys walking their babies while talking on the phone during business with hedge funds.

So I'm over it.

So why do you know, you know, you say you love New York, but they're all moving here.

What's the deal?

You know, why?

Because we're free. Please, it's more crowded here than any.

You could just walk down the street here

give me a break go drive somewhere at five o'clock this afternoon you'll be stuck forever in gridlock

it's crowded here well it's tourist people all want to go there i want to go there for a weekend
