Okay, I like, our taxes are very high.

I meant insurance.

Our insurance, our flood insurance just went up three times.

But our, our, our property, our property tax on the water insane. Okay. Ins insane. So my husband's like, we're looking for a new house because he's like, we can't be house poor. Okay, but wait, wait. Now, they're doing this in Miami, too. You hear there's no tax, but they're jacking up the property tax down there. Oh, my. Okay, you're ready for the best? Yeah. So we just just got a new car I'm very excited about it

it's a G-wagon so we got it to go up to North Carolina because it's like a cool car

and it's good for the mountains so my husband calls our insurance company which is a really

good one because we love our cars and they say we can't insure it because you're in a flood

zone well listen I and they say we can't insure it because you're in a flood zone.

Well, listen, I hate to break it to you, but the insurance company has a point.

Every time you turn around, there's a hurricane, a flood on the Florida coast.

What happened is people totally used and abused it, like getting free roofs.

Oh, one tile came off and then these people, I know, because my brother was one of them in New Orleans, got a free roof when he shouldn't have. So that's what's happened. Along with it, I really do think they should be government regulated. See, you guys don't have to worry about that. But when I tell you crazy. No, that's not true. If you live right on the water in a place that's had nine hurricanes last year, they'll do the same thing here. But let's be honest, where's there a hurricane all the time? Florida, right on the coast. Okay. But in Florida, you're almost in the water. I mean, you're almost on the water everywhere. Like even if you're not on the water, you could be three blocks away from where we are now and you're still in a flood zone.
