0:20.6

Yeah, three times. If you live on the water, it went up three times. I won't even tell you what our taxes are because... Oh, all we hear is you move to Florida, no tax, no tax. No tax. Everything's tax free. Oh, yeah. No, no. No, they get you on property tax. And then, oh, I'm sorry.

Every time you turn around, there's a hurricane, a flood on the Florida coast.

1:38.6

No, no, no, no.

1:39.7

What happened is people totally used and abused it, like getting free roofs.

1:44.6

Oh, one tile came off and then these people, I know, because my brother was one of them in New Orleans, got a free roof when he shouldn't have. So that's what's happened. Florida, right on the coast. Okay. But in Florida, you're almost in the water. I mean, you're almost on the water everywhere.
