Hey, Mark, I'm doing well.

You know, I'm in suburban Washington, D.C.

It is going to be 75 degrees here today.

Maybe there is something to this global warming, but we're sure enjoying the spring-like weather in the middle of February. It's been a great winter. In fact, that should be the goal now to keep the climate change at exactly this level. It seems perfect. I love it. Yeah, meanwhile, by the way, in California, I just did a radio show in Los Angeles.

They're saying it's freezing there. So I don't know. Maybe that's global warming, too.

Yeah. Hey, Ron DeSantis, I don't know what he's up to, but he is bringing a lot of focus to this crime wave all over America, which is a good thing.

Yeah. How did Democrats think this is not going to hurt them in 2024, this crime wave?

You know, it's, it's, you live there in New York City, and it's just, it's killing the blue cities of America.

So what's happening, you know, the migration that everybody knows about that has been widely reported, you know, away from the blue states to the red states like Florida

and Texas and Arizona and South Carolina and so on. That is mostly, it's mostly a blue city

wave out of, out of, you know, these cities that have terrible crime, high taxes, awful schools,

misgovernment, and people are just getting fed up with it.

You know, as you know, I hail from the great city of Chicago, and, you know, for decades

and decades throughout the 20th century, blacks moved from the south to big cities like Chicago.

Guess what they're doing now, Mark?

They're leaving Chicago and they're moving back to the south.

It's a reverse migration.
