Well, you know, you and I are old enough to remember.

Remember the population bomb?

Remember that one that everybody's propagating like the old mice and we're going to be standing elbow to elbow on the earth and then there was saying remember we're going to run out of food

and we're all going to starve death and then oh we're going to run out of energy and we're

going to drill the last barrel of oil and and you know all the farmland we don't have enough

farmland and it's just one catastrophe nuclear winter all these all these things that are, you know, these

apocalyptic visions of the future.
