Hey, Mark, it's so good to be with you and I'm on Cloud 9. I mean, Tuesday was a huge, huge day

where we got that tax bill through the house, as you know, Mark, by one vote, one vote on

430 votes, which is amazing. And, you know, we were a quick inside story. You know, I spent

much of the afternoon with speaker Johnson who I just adore

I think he's fantastic you know as we're trying to round up those last votes and we uh and then I

went home and it was 7 30 8 30 at night and I got a call it's from the speaker who said Steve

we're going to have to hold this we're going to have to withdraw the bill because we don't have the votes we need. And my heart just sank. And then about

a half hour later, he calls and said, well, we're bringing the bill to the House floor because

there were two stragglers. But they got a call from somebody. You know who that was?

I can guess. You know, that was? I can guess.

You know, this guy, I'll just say he's a very persuasive guy.

But what is it they say on those calls?

How do they do that?

What do you say?

You know, you've got to do this for the country. And, you know, Trump is a persuasive man.

And he's, you know, it's his party now. You know, and he said, look, this is good for the country and uh you know trump is a persuasive man and he's you know it's his party now

he you know um and he said like this is good for the country this is good for america it's good for

you uh it's good for the congress so anyway it was uh we got through by one vote and in the

the you know every day how How about the Democrats?
