Hey, Mark, I'm doing well. By the way, this last week, I don't know if you saw the

little newsbolton was the biggest increase in federal

regulations and you're in my lifetime and probably ever. So they're just passing this blizzards

of regulations having to do with, you know, whether trucks have to have batteries, you know,

whether you can have non-compete agreements and labor policy.

They passed a new regulation this morning at the FCC that's going to regulate the internet.

Gee, I thought the internet was doing just buying without the government's help.

It's going on and on and on.

And we estimate that under Biden, that they have added about a trillion dollars of cost to the U.S.

economy with this blizzard of new rules

and red tape. So sorry to ruin your day, Mark, but that's the latest headline.
