Hey, Mark, good. You did a great job on the Cudlow show. It was the last night or the night before. Fantastic. You are becoming a TV superstar. Oh, well, look who's talking. Now, let me ask you a question. The economy, we know it's not good. This Bidenomics, it's not good. But every headline today is bull market. We're in a bull market could you explain that how's the stock

market I mean yeah yeah I mean the market has been good but we have an item in our

hotline today that shows that if you just adjust for you know because when you're

investing you're always interested in your after inflation not your before

inflation rate return well guess? Because of the high inflation

that we've had for the last three years, you know, the return on stocks actually has been very

low under Biden. It's been positive, but not, but very low. So, for example, compared to Trump's

first three years in office, in real terms, the stock market was up 35 percent. Biden it's up 7% so that's you know that's

not a that's not a real uh positive uh comparison for joe Biden now we did get I don't

if you saw the news this morning we got 3% growth uh over the last four quarters which is

high and that's a good number.

But the question is whether that can be sustained given these incredibly high levels of debt.

And one other thing, yeah, people at the top are doing pretty well, but not so much most kind of middle class Americans. They're really struggling.

Yeah, you know what's funny when Obama or Biden, when a Democrat runs the rich benefit,

the middle class loses, and then they run for reelection campaigning about it.

I know. Isn't that ironic? They say, we stand with the middle class, we stand with the

...
