Why are they always these left-wing, out-of-control judges who are just vicious Trump haters?

Some even appointed by Trump.

They're not picked by him, but appointed by him.

Yeah, you know, the deportation case with Judge James Bospher is really a typical example.

I mean, it was obvious from the start that the deportation case belonged in Texas

because that's where the TDA gang members, members of a group that's a designated terrorist organization.

That's where they were being held.

But the ACLU, the lawyers for the gang members, blatantly went judge shopping for a liberal judge in Washington, D.C.

They knew the outcome against Trump was preordained,

and, of course, Boasburg didn't disappoint them.

I mean, he issued a series of cockamamie rulings that he had no authority or jurisdiction to make.

He did so quite arrogantly.

And, you know, it took the Supreme Court a couple of days

ago to recognize and immediately put a stop to the farm shopping, the judge shopping. The high court,

you know, also slapped down Boasburg for issuing a restraining order saying that's not the proper remedy under the law.

The only issue was whether the gang members are entitled to due process.

And as I said in my last column, you know, that's an open question.

And it's something which the Supreme court needs to clear up and indeed
