I'm doing well.

We finally have decent weather.

As you know, that's usually how my mood is.

So we have wonderful weather after a bad morning.

So I'm happy right now.

Oh, that's true.

Give us the latest pandemic. You were the best that you predicted when it would start, when the

lockdown was it. It looks like we're out of it. Pretty, you know, I heard you talking about it

in the previous segment. We're out of it, but there still aren't as many people going back to

work because in addition to the obvious lockdowns

that we saw from the pandemic, it seems to have put some of the employers out there.

And I think some of the industries that were very resistant to work from home, like law firms

and stuff like that, I think they finally looked at it and thought, well, you know, maybe we can try this.

And there's a lot of

great things about that. You know, you and I have talked about in the past that one of the biggest

things that holds back the American economy are things like childcare. And for some people,

work from home makes childcare easier. For some people, it makes it harder. But I think overall

it makes it a little bit easier if you're always working for home and you know that. So there's some good things about it, but there's some bad things
