yes, the presumptive nominee. And he said, I'm not the presumptive. I am the nominee. So can you get rid of a president? Can you switch candidates with 41 days to go? This is incredibly late to even try it. I i wrote a joke this morning trying to get rid of

your presidential nominee even if it isn't the incumbent president in july of the election year

it's like trying to abort a fetus a day before it's college graduation it's a little late

folks this is really difficult the the the mechanics of this have never have always

been hard now we could have said that two three weeks ago obviously that that was true

i mean really after about march it's i mean that was the latest in anyone's memory that was

when lbj you know stepped aside but he personally stepped aside and that was you know

scrambled as well for the democrats that year that this is is really, really difficult. Plus, the guy doesn't want to go. So you have a huge problem. But, again, we could have said that a few weeks ago. What we've learned in the last couple of weeks, or at least what the Democrats have learned, is really the only way they could pull this off logistically and probably even legally is if they put

Kamala Harris in there. Because obviously she's already number two to succeed. And plus, in a

party that's obsessed with identity politics and race, they probably, and again, I put quotes

around that because I'm not 100% sure, they probably would have the least pushback amongst some of the more

violent elements in the party, meaning the far left progressives, the squad, Bernie Sanders types,
