All right, now I think that's over the top, the Long Island Royalty. But how are you, Mark? I'm great. Now, tell us about Long Island. We've got a Republican who got a big win in Nassau County, now the Suffolk County Executive.

The Republican Party in New York City, a mess.

Why are they doing so well in Long Island?

You know, I think Lee Zeldon had a lot to do with it in the gubernatorial race.

He did so well.

And Long Island traditionally was Republican country until,

you know, a recent decade or so. But, you know, it was a strong, Nassau County was always a

stronghold for Republicans. And we have Bruce Blakeman now, as you know, as the county exec there.

So, you know, I wish our candidate well in suffolk county he's a great guy um

but you know it's time it's time i think people we're very concerned about crime on long island

for sure um we're concerned about things that are taught in our schools we're you know the

republicans we're a suburb, Long Island, okay?

And the suburban women are speaking, and I think everyone has to listen.

But anyway, I wish the Republicans, well, of course I want them to win.

Our taxes are crazy on Long Island, our real estate taxes.

We're losing people. As soon as they can retire, they leave. Yeah. Unless they've got grandchildren around the corner, they're heading to Florida. Yeah, that's the one thing about... They're not staying, and it's not because of the weather. That's the one thing about Long Island. Your property taxes are insane there, and nobody can... Insane. Nobody can seem to fix it. I know. Well, let's hope that we can. You know, I'm not going to lose hope on that one.

Yeah. Yeah. But anyway, we do have some fun things on Long Island to talk about... Well, you know, I love Long Island. I go there all the time in the summer and the beach and the sun. But now, what do you do in the winter in Long Island?

Well, it's not winter yet, but let's just talk about fall. Let's talk

about beautiful fall weather where you put on a nice jacket with a hood maybe and you walk.

We have some phenomenal parks and some of them are pretty obvious, like the Jones Beach

boardwalk. I mean, fabulous. You know about planting fields in Oyster Bay, magnificent 400 acres.
