is all full of this silly trial when uh everything hear people talking about are all these riots on college campuses.

Well, we'll get to that. Let's get to the trial for a second. You've covered a lot of trials. You've been in a lot of courtrooms. Have you ever seen any judge act so hostile towards one side?

No, I mean, I've never seen a case this preposterous. I mean,

you know, sometimes, you know, the prosecution will like grasp for straws or there'll be a, you know,

a frivolous civil case, but I mean, this is just beyond belief, you know? I mean, I know what Avanotti

wants to testify, you know, you're in, you're in prison for a good long stretch, anything to get

out, even if you've got to take a bus across the country. But still, I mean, he's right about

this. This is, this is preposterous, you know, that they would go after this.

An expired state misdemeanor case, statute of limitations has run out, morphed into a federal case with federal laws that don't exist.

And now it's being tried back in a state case, in a state court. I mean, it's insane. Hey, what are you going to do, though? I don't know what we'll ever do about the totally rigged fake news, New York Times, Washington Post networks. All the media just totally rigged. Nobody is reporting that a guy from the Biden administration is running this case. He even made the opening argument, the guy from the Biden administration.
