with Biden's tie? Yeah, what happened with this tie? It was a very weird looking tie.

Well, apparently the tie, the tie was okay. I mean, you know the way it is with tuxedos.

Nobody knows how to tie a tie anymore.

And so you just, you fasten it around your neck, the preset.

And so the problem is they tend to go up or down, you know?

So once you get it straight, you just leave it alone.

You don't touch it. You know, you learn this. Even straight, you just leave it alone. You don't touch it.

You know, you learn this.

Even if you only use a tuxedo, wear a tuxedo once or twice a year.

So Joe gets up there, Dementia Joe, and apparently he starts fiddling with the tie.

And then the tie, you know, goes down and it's screwed up and he doesn't do anything about it.

And which somebody pointed out on Twitter.

It was a brilliant observation.

The tie is a metaphor for America.

It was fine until Joe tried to fix it.

And then it got totally screwed up.

You know, years ago, that was one of Don Rickles' lines whenever there was an inauguration

or a pre-look over and you go, you don't see a president with a clip on tie too much.

It was a perfect line.

I remember my father teaching me how to tie a bow tie.
