No, but I think you put a lot, maybe too much emphasis on the wall, because if you look at what the Biden administration did,

there were sections of the wall where they just knocked out parts of it, blue holes and other parts of it.

And it's great to have the wall, but it can be easily just blown apart by a new administration.
