Well, with everything going on with Joe Biden and that nightmare that continues as far as the debate, that's like the story right now.

Here we are six days later.

Nothing lasts for six days in the new cycle anymore, but the Biden thing ain't going away,

and it probably won't all the way up until Election Day if he is the nominee.

But there's been some other big news that has come out this week alone as it pertains to Donald Trump on the legal front.

And if you're a fan of Trump, it's's all good and it's just amazing how this whole

lawfare strategy has completely fallen apart remember fony willis and georgia that case ain't happening

jack smith two cases i think he is going on those probably aren't going to happen before election day

and then the alvin brag trial in manhattan trump's found guilty on all 34 counts for a crime that people still can't identify or explain.

And Trump's poll numbers only go up.

And then that case may be imploding anyway with Trump's sentencing now pushed all the way out to September.

It's supposed to happen July 11th maybe because of the Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity.

So I thought, who do I bring in to talk about this and explain it in a way that even I can understand? And that first call always goes to Greg Jarrett. Ken, you're teaching a law class at this point. The ruling by the Supreme Court that came down on Monday, six to three, what does that mean for Donald Trump, both legally and politically?

Well, the decision, which was obvious and predictable, affects all of the Trump cases

at minimum.

It delays the ones that haven't had a trial yet because the admissibility of evidence

has now changed dramatically.
