Well, you know, here we are like 50-something years into breast augmentation.

And there are some issues with breast implants.

You know, they're not as simple and as perfect as we'd like to think

and I have so many patients who have grown up with me and I put their implants in 30 years ago

and they say they're 50 60 years old now it's time to take them out and so I'm taking out a lot

of breast implants interesting take them out and replace them or take them on and have smaller

breasts no smaller breasts?

Nah, smaller breasts and then they do a breast lift, you know, because if you have breast implants in, there's a lot of maintenance, you know, there really is.
