Abel is one of the few paleo lifehacker types who doesn't come across as a smarmy overgrown

fat boy.

I was a fat boy actually, but I appreciate that.

I try not to act like one anymore, at least most of the time.

He seems like a decent guy and has a refreshing natural charisma.

He gets great guests and pulls out useful information, one of my favorite podcasts and one I always

enjoy seeing pop up with new episodes.
