For those of you who don't know me, my name is Kelly Ripa and I've been a talk show host for 23 years now.

And the best conversations I have are when there's not a camera involved, whether it's backstage or in my dressing room or during a commercial break.

That's when we always get candid.

So this is Let's Talk Off Camera.

Originally, I wanted to call this podcast not another fucking podcast because it was pointed out to me by more than one person in this room

that I was the last person on earth without a podcast and that this is an oversaturated market.

However, in my own defense, the best conversations I have are the ones that happen off camera.

People are the most honest when there's not a camera involved.

Oddly enough, they are not put off by recording devices, just the camera.

So this is basically a podcast that allows me to not wear hair and makeup and not wear pants.

And that's why we are all doing this.

Today, we're going to talk about something that is certainly near and dear to several of our hearts.
