Today I'm going to teach you how you can make more time,

The difficult thing to do, difficult thing to figure out is trying to have a schedule.

Trying to lift and prep your meals and all these different things

can be really difficult for those of you that are trying to be jacked and tanned, for those

either trying to be stronger or leaner.

I'm on a walk out here in South Lake Tahoe and I'm a big fan of

doubling and tripling up on doing things. Some people will say that you can't multitask and I do agree to a

certain extent it's hard to it's hard to try to communicate with your kid

about them being too loud and screaming while you're trying to send an

email or a text to somebody. So that is totally understandable and that is a good

instance and a good case where you literally kind of can't do two things at once.

Because you have to put the phone down for a moment and actually focus on your child.

When I think about other folks, other people doing multiple things at a time,

it actually appears that they do multiple things at a time, but they kind of really don't

I always bring up Stan Efforting in this instance when Stan Efforting wanted to become a pro bodybuilder and get his pro card he went and trained with Flex Wheeler.

Then when he wanted to be the strongest powerlifter and he wanted to break all time world records,

he came around powerlifter and he got into coming to a super training gym and he got into being around me and when it was time to power lift he did powerlifter things
